Bourassa jodoin was founded in 1990. Over the years, we have carved out an important place for ourselves in the financial sector as well as in real estate appraisal. Since acquiring the firm in 2007, its president Élaine St-Denis, a chartered appraiser and mediator, has continued the commitment.

With 35 years' experience behind us, our company now has a strong presence throughout the province of Quebec. From the first phase of a project through to its completion, our services are available to developers and business leaders, as well as municipalities and governments.
